  Roman Pools and Outdoor Living started my pool spring 2015 and promised to be done in 10-12 weeks. Around week 53, I demanded him to get it finished and he told me to finish it myself. Concrete work sucks and water on the deck drain away from the drains I paid extra for. Severe rain would dump mud into pool and I had to run an extra drain to remedy this. Plumbing at equipment was reworked several times and now I am having a reputable company come in and totally redo it. Coping is coming loose already and I am left to fix the landscape lighting, programming the equipment, along with numerous other things. He reps himself as incorporated and he isn't or at least wasn't. Luckily I held a percentage back but I am still out thousands to finish or 20 K if I want to fix it right. To be fair there were some weather delays, but there was not 40 weeks worth of them. He is a good salesman, I will give him that but proof is in the follow thru and I never thought when I signed up with him that I would become one of those pool horror stories. Ask him which of the pools in his website gallery that he built, this is laughable.
