  The worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. Went in wanting a pedicure and SNS nails. Sat in the chair for 30 minuets in a bowl of water that got cold before anyone came to start on my pedicure. Looked at the menu and chose a basic pedicure, the only one under $50. That wasn’t good enough for the tech and she proceeded to push a $60 pedicure on me. The beginning wasn’t too bad, until she got to the hot stone massage. I was given a 1 2 3 and she touched the top of my foot with a scorching hot stone which made me jump and scream ouch. The tech then asked if I wanted the nails, which I proceeded to decline due to the cost. That’s when the whole attitude changed. The techs were obviously irritated and began to get rough. The wax was way too hot which was followed by scorching hot towels. Then the tech loads my legs up with lotion, that wasn’t rubbed in, leaving my legs caked and white. She paints my toenails, completely missing half of my nail. I go speak to the manager, expressing how upset I was and she tries to smooth things over by offering a neck or back rub to make me feel better. And still expected me to pay the $60. I was given a $5 off coupon in exchange for my horrible service. Get home and the polish just peels off. Thanks for nothing and taking my money!
