  I had the best experience at this store a few weeks ago. While it was a bit out of the way from where I live and work and despite the fact that they close at 6:00 and I get off work at 5:00, I really wanted a good baby shower gift for a baby girl and Gingersnaps was recommended to me, so I went straight there after work. I got there at 5:40 and expected to get ugly looks from those working there but instead I was greeted very nicely by the two women working there (I’m not sure if they were employees or the owners). I told them I wanted a really nice outfit for a baby girl and that I myself had twin boys so I would probably need help. They were both so helpful and when I realized that it was 6:00 and I was still trying to match a hair bow with the outfit I had picked out, one of them said “Don’t worry, we’re not going to kick you out!” The store is cozy and small, but the selection of absolutely adorable girly outfits was more than enough. I had to line up several outfits because I was having trouble choosing. It’s a bit pricey, I paid $120 for the outfit (top and matching pants), a hair bow with headband, two burp cloths and a box of socks, but it was totally worth it when the present was opened to oohs and aahs. I would definitely go there again the next time I need to buy a present for a girl!
