  Dr. Snook is a nice guy and seems very knowledgeable but his office and the staff is so screwed up I just can't handle it anymore and I have advised them today he just lost a patient. Since going to see him I've had billing issues because of mistakes made by his office staff and every single time I have had to deal with a prescription is has been an absolute nightmare. This last go around took the cake, I called to have a prescription refilled and was advised by a member of his office staff that he would renew it via the phone. The next day I drove the 20 miles to pick it up and I was advised that it was never called in. When I contacted the office I was told that I was told he would renew it upon my next visit. I asked the office manager who tried to blame the problem on me why was I driving 40 miles round trip to pick something up if I was told I wouldn't be able to get it until my next visit. The only response I got was, well I will have a talk with her about that. I told her that I was done coming to see Dr. Snook and I got the impression that she didn't care much. Oh well, there are plenty of Doctors out there and I suggest you find another.
